JEERA WATER
To get the benefit of Jeera Water, you have to soak 1 tea spoon Jeera in a cup of water over night. Next morning, boil the water for five minutes and then strain it .
JEERA WATER is ready to sip.
You can add 2 to 3 drops of lemon in it. ( It`s totally optional. )
If you are in hurry JEERA WATER can be taken with out boiling too after straining.
The best time to have JEERA WATER is an empty stomach in the morning.
You may have JEERA WATER along with your breakfast too.
You must avoid to consume JEERA WATER during the months of summers means April, May and June, as it is warm in nature.
